To suggest values for the currently loaded layer:

• Reload the Layer if it is not already loaded
• Select Layer | Filtering... to open the Filtering page
• Tick the Apply checkbox for the required filtering technique
• Apply the filter parameter evaluation feature by using one of the following methods:
• Press Evaluate to analyse the currently loaded layer and suggest an appropriate value. Then press Transfer to transfer suggested value into the filtering page
• Press Suggest to Evaluate and Transfer in one operation
• Press OK to accept the changes
