This is the TSLCircleOperation.

It is a basic primitive operation. The operation enables the user to add circle objects to the editor model.

The position of the circle is set with a single click of the left mouse button. Clicking the right button at this stage will cancel the operation. The size of the circle is set by a second click of the left button.

The operation is deactivated by a click of the right mouse button.

This method adds the operation to a TSLEditor object. It is passed a pointer to the editor object.
