MapLink Pro Studio 11.1
|
CADRG stands for Compressed Arc Digitised Raster Graphics (ADRG). The data consists of a spatial database of individual rasters. The rasters are digital representations of paper graphic properties, and are derived directly from ADRG and other digital sources, and reformatted to Raster Product Format (RPF).
CADRG is the US equivalent of ASRP data and is supplied by NIMA. The data has a high compression ratio, thereby making it suitable for distribution via moderate communication bandwidths. CADRG is routinely used for tactical and strategic operations.
MapLink Pro Studio will read the CADRG Table of Contents index file, a.toc. This index file lists all the available data resolutions.
